  Bought a phone and returned it due to horrible service and I went back to Verizon. I paid $138 initially for the phone and I was guaranteed a full refund if I returned it. I received a partial refund 1 week later, but I'm still missing $83. The store won't help me because they're a franchise. Don't shop here. Don't get Sprint if you're used to Verizon or AT&T.

  I just want to say that the service I received today at the store was excellent! Nick,Kendra and Liz where great! They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I planed on leaving sprint today but due to the excellent service. I’m staying with sprint!
