  I went in this gas station tonight on 1/9/2018 at 7pm and one of the employees was talking about the customers like trash and I did ask her why because she was so loud. She replied "Because one of the you know who's messed up the bathroom" I looked at her and replied "well who is a you know who" she then said "all of the crack heads and other people that came in here" then there was a white guy standing in line and he said "people who are not like us right" and she looked at him and said "yes" So this then pissed me off and I looked at him and said "what the F does that mean" and he said nothing. I looked at the employee who by the way could keep herself up a little more than she does and said "If it wasn't for these "you know who's this store would not be here and if you don't like your job then you need to quit". My thing is why do people have to be called crackheads, you know who's and other names.... with this weather we have been having you may just be having a plumbing issue. ...and yes you damn right I said something!

  Debit cards at the pumps haven't worked since a few months after the store opened. One owner ranted about how much that costs, and said they will never fix it. Pump printers seem to be perpetually out of paper or otherwise not working. Some printer doors taped shut because lock is broken. I still find myself here, out of sheer necessity, about once every 9 weeks or so. On my last trip: My card worked at some pumps, but not others. Why did I try more than one pump? One pump just wouldn't read the card. Period. Another pump had a damaged "3" button so I couldn't enter my zip code. One pump handle clicked off immediately every time I'd pull the trigger, another one would pump a few cents and stop, etc... It was a very bad experience that day. But after moving my vehicle four times I got lucky and was able to fill up. Yay? "Most" of the employees are usually very nice. It's not their fault the owners don't want to keep the pumps properly maintained. But yeah, after my being beyond excited when this store opened, nowadays I only stop here if I find myself without enough gas to get to my usual store. I'm surprised Shell is OK with it. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 since again, 90% of the employees are nice folks, and the gas pump situation is not their fault.
