  I know most people get on here when they are mad or unhappy to complain, im guilty of that as well. But I want to take sec to write a positive review because of the 2 sears employees that went out of their way for me. The douglasville arbor mall sears has been an anchor store for the mall and while sears has seen better days their is an employee their named Fred who has been their since the store opened that helped my girlfriend with a Christmas present for me(grill) and knows his stuff! One of the parts were missing from the box so when I followed up with sears I was not sure what kind of run around I would get but a 2nd employee jonathan was super helpful in helping me. These are the kind of people that need to be hired and promoted to keep people like me from going 100% online. Big thanks to both of these guys.

  Highly dissatisfied with the customer service as well as the experience I had with the company/it's employees. After purchasing a refrigerator and receiving a confirmation for delivery, there was a hold put on my order. No one reached out to let me know that the order was put on hold or why. I called the day I was supposed to received my fridge and was sent to 5 different people, all of which none could help me. They ended up adding an extra 4 days to my delivery when I PAID and asked for an expedited delivery. I can now understand why this company is going under, it's apparent they are not trying to save it either.
