  I love home depot. Today...i did not. I needed some flooring and couldn't get anyone to help me. I was there for an 1 n a half. Didnt even get acknowledged by the 1 person in flooring. Was planning on buying flooring a vanity a toilet and paint. Left empty handed. Frustrated

  Johnny in plumbing was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient. I've never had such a delightful experience. He made sure to understand what we were trying to do and what materials we were working with so that he could give us the right materials and then made sure we understood what to do. He was amazing!

  Two Representatives were not helpful and told me 15 minutes, when instead it took 45 and the main staff who was helping me couldn't even remember me. He had to get me something from the top shelf, so it's hard to forget. The gentleman who helped us check out was friendly and one female worker who helped us find a socket was nice. But the rest of the visit was not a great one.
