  I received some of the worst customer service in recent memory while checking out here today. Trying to use Samsung pay, I was given an annoyed and rude respone instead of just simply informing me that it did not work. This continued through the rest of the transaction. The employee on the floor was kind and asked us if we needed assistance twice, which was appreciated. I would rather the cashier be normal and try to sell me a membership than treat me like I wasn't worth his time. If you work in a customer service industry, please don't take out your frustrations on customers as reflects badly on yourself and the store.
