  Ordered my arrangement a couple days in advance before Valentines Day, they never showed up for delivery never gave me a phone call letting me know they could not make it and when I got up the next morning to go get my refund they told me that the delivery came by I must not have been home but I was sitting next to my door waiting for them till about 1030pm and they're going to tell me that they came by at 9:40. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Will advise everybody I know to never order from this particular edible arrangements. If I could give this a negative star rating I would.

  This location is completely disrespectful they will come to your house. won't knock on your door leave a where are sorry we missed you Note on your door never even nocked! and won't come deliver to the next day so I'm like just give me my money back . Nobody has time to wait a whole Nother day for arrangements ! Don't waste your time with this location instead of being very happy and surprised he will be very very upset and sad. And I'm also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP . You guys have a great day make sure you order from a different location this location is trash !
